Shipping & Return Policies

All orders are processed within 72 hours  (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

For Domestic Orders: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All domestic orders over $100 will receive free shipping. Please note that if a discount code is applied, your order total will still need to be $100+ to receive free shipping.

 

International: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. At this time we are unable to offer free international shipping, but we appreciate your business and will look into making that available for you soon.

 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at via our contact form with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives back to us damaged in any way we will be unable to process a refund.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.

Due to our quick rotating inventory we are unable to guarantee sizing exchanges at this time. Feel free to email us if you are wishing to exchange and we can see if we have the specific item in stock to make it happen.
